Answers before you use your first credit
The short version of how uploads, credits, generation, downloads, and the archive work.
How many files do I need?
Each template shows its exact required media count. Some need one screen file, while others need a hero file plus supporting media. The page blocks the next step until every required slot is filled.
What media size works best?
Use portrait images, videos, or GIFs close to 1080x1920 or larger. This gives the cleanest result inside the vertical video.
Can I choose phone and background colors?
Yes. The current template includes phone body color choices and background style controls before payment.
How many credits does a video use?
Credit cost depends on template duration: up to 10 seconds uses 1 credit, up to 20 seconds uses 2 credits, and longer templates can use more. Each template shows its credit cost before payment.
Does generation start automatically?
No. After you use a credit, the Create video button unlocks. You choose when to start generation.
Can I download later?
Finished videos are listed in your account archive for 90 days.
How long does generation take?
Most videos take several minutes. Sometimes there is a short preparation step before frame progress appears.
What if generation fails?
If the service fails to create the video, support can review the order and restore the credits used for that order when appropriate.
Do I need editing skills?
No. ClipLaunch is designed for people who want a finished short video without editing software or manual template work.
