How ClipLaunch handles your data

This page explains what information is used to run accounts, credits, uploads, video generation, delivery, support, and safety review.

Privacy

Account data

We store the email address, nickname, password hash, session data, referral code, credit balance, and basic account timestamps needed to operate your account.

Uploaded assets

Your uploaded images, videos, GIFs, and selected template options are used to create the video you request and to keep the order available in your account archive.

Generation data

We store order IDs, job status, template choice, render options, logs, output files, and download links so the automated pipeline can complete and be checked if something fails.

Credits and payments

We store wallet transactions, purchased credit packages, credits used for generation, payment status, and store product identifiers. Mobile purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and validated through RevenueCat. Full card details are not handled directly by ClipLaunch.

Service providers

We may use trusted providers for payments, purchase validation, email, hosting, object storage, and video rendering, including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Render, RunPod, Cloudflare R2 or S3-compatible storage, and email delivery providers. They process the data needed to provide those parts of the service.

Referral program

If you use an invite link, we may store inviter and invited account relationships, first-purchase reward status, package purchase counts, and earned bonus credits.

Support communication

If you contact support, the information you send may be used to investigate your issue, restore credits, retry failed generations, or answer account questions.

Safety and abuse reports

If content is reported, we may store report details, linked project codes, content URLs, reporter contact details, account IDs, admin notes, and review status.

Retention

Finished videos are kept in the account archive for 90 days. Some records may be kept longer when needed for security, abuse review, legal compliance, or accounting.

Legal acknowledgement

When you create an account, we store the Terms version, Privacy Policy version, acceptance time, and platform used for registration so we can show which documents were presented.

Advertising identifier

ClipLaunch does not use the mobile advertising identifier for ads. If this changes, the app store disclosures and this policy should be updated before release.

Service protection

We may use stored order, account, payment, referral, and report data to prevent abuse, enforce rules, protect the service, troubleshoot errors, or respond to valid legal requests.

Your choices

You can delete your account inside the app from Account → Edit → Delete account. This signs you out, removes profile access, and anonymizes personal account details. Some order, credit, payment, referral, abuse-report, or security records may be retained when required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, abuse review, or legal obligations.
