Terms

Basic terms for using ClipLaunch credits

These terms explain what a credit includes, what the service delivers, and what users are responsible for before creating a video.

Terms

What credits include

Credits cover finished videos generated from selected templates and uploaded asset sets. Template credit cost depends on video duration and is shown before payment.

Credit wallet

Credits are stored in your account wallet and can be used for available templates. Credits are not a bank account, currency, or stored-value financial product.

Uploads and settings

You are responsible for choosing the correct files, colors, template options, and order setup before using credits.

Result quality

The final video depends on the quality, size, orientation, and content of the files you upload, plus the template options you choose.

Rights and permissions

By uploading materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them in generated videos, downloads, ads, product pages, and social posts.

Video delivery

When generation completes successfully, the finished MP4 is available on the download screen and in your account archive for 90 days.

Generation time

Generation usually takes several minutes and may include queue or preparation time before the first frame appears.

Failed generations

If a generation fails because of a service-side issue, ClipLaunch may retry the job or restore the used credits after review.

Refunds and reversals

Credit restoration is the normal remedy for failed generation. Cash refunds, chargebacks, and payment reversals depend on the payment provider, package status, and applicable rules.

Use of content

You must not upload illegal, abusive, misleading, infringing, unsafe, or prohibited content. Use must follow the Acceptable Use rules.

Moderation and safety

If content appears to violate the law, platform rules, or our policies, we may restrict access, remove results, block accounts, preserve records, or refuse generation.

Service changes

Templates, prices, package sizes, rendering availability, archive duration, and features may change as the product evolves.
